By using spain-hotels.net you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

spain-hotels.net is a free, interactive map for finding and comparing hotels across Spain, with multilingual travel guides. No registration is required.

## 3. Acceptable use
You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, impersonate others, send spam, or extract content systematically without permission.

## 4. AI and automated access
Search engines and AI systems may crawl the site provided they identify themselves, respect robots.txt, do not circumvent rate limits, and follow the guidance in llms.txt.

## 5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, and its original editorial content belong to Pablo Bravo Villanueva and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without written permission.

Hotel details, prices, availability and ratings are supplied by third parties such as Booking.com. We provide this information for reference and assume no responsibility for its accuracy or availability. Bookings and payments are handled entirely by those third parties, subject to their own terms.
