The building is modern, with some balconies. The lobby is small in size, with the lift and reception desk in one side. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town, within walking distance to the Promenade and beach. It is also near to the shopping area, as well as a large variety of bars and restaurants.
The hotel location is right in the centre of Marbella, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and next to the Old Town quarters with its fantastic shopping area and 5 km to Puerto Banus.
The rooms vary in size, but they are in good condition. The bathrooms are fully furnished.
